AN EXAMPLE OF HOW I WORK
Knowing when to use each tool is important. Some projects call for more of one than another, but the sweet spot is when they complement each other, creating an efficient transition between stages and a more fully realized design for the team to build on.
2. Consumer Right - Nike Metcon Free 3 + Metcon 7
This project was all about understanding the objective of versatility in training. Athletes have different training needs, so the product had to work across all of them: a shoe that’s flexible enough for agility work and stable enough for lifting and balance.
3. Her Game - Jordan Heir Series
A statement about game, future, and her impact. Women’s sports have grown for years, and this is the first Jordan model built for the next generation of women ballers, at an accessible price point of $110. Jordan’s investment in women’s basketball has grown from $0 to over $30 million with this new model centered on her game.
4. Culture Matters - Jordan 4RM
Designing the 4RM was about community, authenticity, and future. It was more than a product: it was an acknowledgment of the communities that connect through bikes (athletes, gamers, artists, musicians, cooks, and more). We could have played it safe, but why not break the mold?
This is how I take a stated problem and find the opportunity to push it forward.
